We started because

the problem was obvious.

Enterprises were spending fortunes on software and getting less out of it every year. The tools multiplied. The complexity compounded. Nobody had clear ownership. We decided to fix that.

Our Story

Built by people who've seen the inside of enterprise IT.

APM Guru was founded by enterprise IT veterans who spent years inside large organizations watching the same pattern repeat: software portfolios growing unchecked, licensing costs spiraling, and zero accountability for what was actually being used.

We tried to fix it from the inside. We'd build inventory systems, push for rationalization initiatives, propose license audits. The response was always the same — competing priorities, politics, and a lack of external pressure to actually make it happen.

So we built APM Guru to be the external pressure. We walk in with a clear mandate, a proven methodology, and no internal politics clouding the analysis. We go where the data leads, not where it's comfortable.
